Please read these safety instructions carefully before operating your CulinaEvo ExactCook N1 sous vide immersion circulator.

Important Warnings

Hot Surface: The heating element and metal components become hot during operation. Always allow the device to cool completely before handling, cleaning, or removing water from your cooking container.
Water Level: Never submerge the device beyond the maximum water line indicator on the stainless steel housing. Exceeding this limit may cause electrical shock or damage to the unit.
Water Type: Use only tap water or filtered water. Do not use deionized water, distilled water, or reverse osmosis water, as these may affect heating performance and potentially damage internal components.
Food Containment: Always place food in vacuum-sealed bags, zip-lock bags, or airtight containers before submerging in the water bath. Never place food directly in the water.
Food Safety: Consuming undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Always follow USDA recommended cooking temperatures and times.

Electrical Safety

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:

Do not operate the device with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by CulinaEvo or an authorized service center.
This device is rated for 110V, 1100W. Use only with a properly grounded 110V-120V AC outlet. Do not use with voltage converters or transformers.
Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or any electrical components in water or other liquids.
Unplug the device from the outlet when not in use, before cleaning, and when moving the unit.
Do not pull the cord to disconnect the plug. Grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.
Do not use the device if it has been dropped, damaged, or exposed to water. Contact CulinaEvo Support immediately.

Usage Guidelines

Container Size: Use a container with a capacity between 6 quarts and 12 quarts for optimal performance. Larger containers may affect heating efficiency.
Temperature Range: The ExactCook N1 operates within 77°F to 198.5°F (25°C to 92.5°C). Do not attempt to operate outside this range.
Indoor Use Only: This device is designed for indoor household use only. Do not use outdoors or in wet environments.
Supervision: Always supervise the device when in operation, especially when children or pets are present.
Stable Surface: Place the device on a stable, heat-resistant, level surface away from flammable materials.
Not for Commercial Use: This product is intended for household use only. Commercial use will void the warranty.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

The ExactCook N1 features Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring and control via the CulinaEvo app.
Network Requirements: Connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. 5GHz networks are not supported.
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is secure and password-protected.
Do not operate the device solely through the app without periodic visual monitoring.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Always unplug the device and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
Remove the stainless steel skirt periodically and clean according to the user manual instructions.
Do not attempt to disassemble the device beyond the cleaning steps outlined in the user manual.
